What purposes do we process your personal data for?

Proper management of listing publication. This service includes that we process your data for:
- Create a user account at the time of publishing your first listing, which is necessary to manage the listings you publish and the contacts you receive. If at the time of publishing your first listing you are not a registered user, we will automatically create an account for you and send you a confirmation email with instructions so you can access your account. From there, you can manage and configure your privacy options.
- Manage our services, including reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, assistance messages, and more.
- Provide instant messaging service between users to facilitate transactions and communication between them. By using the contact form or chat in the user space, you will use our messaging service. Messages and listings are reviewed by an automatic process. We do this to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of our services, including the sale of illegal products, such as counterfeits or stolen goods. If we detect suspicious or illegal activity or behavior, our security team may review messages sent and received. Similarly, we can access messages sent and received in aggregate form to improve and develop our services.
Enable contact with advertisers. When you contact advertisers, we will send them the personal data and information you include in the contact form. Furthermore, when you use the contact form, you will use our messaging service. Messages and listings are reviewed by an automatic process. We do this to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of our services, including the sale of illegal products, such as counterfeits or stolen goods. If we detect suspicious or illegal activity or behavior, our security team may review messages sent and received. Similarly, we can access messages sent and received in aggregate form to improve, develop our services and provide you with a better experience.
Prepare a business profile. When you browse our site, and as long as we have your consent, whether you are an advertiser or user, we may create a commercial profile based on the information you provide for the purpose of showing you personalized advertisements through cookies. No automated decision will be made on the basis of said profile that produces legal or significant effects for you. The commercial profile prepared through cookies may be used by other Allino sites whose list appears in the following link www.allino-app.com or by third-party sites to show you personalized advertisements. You can configure your preferences through our cookie policy or, if you are an advertiser, in your user space.
Send you notifications to inform you of our products and services and to send you advertising from other Allino sites and third parties. You can object at any time to receiving this type of communication via the links you will find in each email. If you are an advertiser, you can also configure your delivery preferences in your user space.
Prevent abuse and fraud in the use of our services (for example, fraudulent activities, denial of service attacks, spam sending, among others).
Transfer data to public bodies and authorities, to the extent that they are required in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

3. Data Retention Period

How long will we retain your data?

If you are an advertiser, your data will be retained for the duration of the contractual and business relationship with us, you request its deletion, and the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

If you have contacted an advertiser, your data will be retained for as long as necessary to enable contact with each of the advertisers you contact. In all cases, we will retain your data for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Whether you are an advertiser or user, we will retain your browsing data for a maximum period of 12 months.

4. Legal Basis

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data lies in:

The execution of a contract with Allino in relation to the purposes indicated in sections 1 and 2 above.
User consent regarding the purposes indicated in sections 3 and 4 above.
The legitimate interest of the data controller for the purposes indicated in point 5 above. Legitimate interest consists in protecting users of Allino sites against abuse and fraud in the use of our services.
Compliance with the obligations of the law applicable to Allino for the purposes indicated in paragraph 6.

Which recipients will your data be communicated to?

Your personal data will be communicated to the advertiser indicated in the detail of each listing to enable contact with them.
Your personal data may be viewed by service providers who provide services to Allino, such as content hosting services, instant messaging, sending notifications, advertising services, etc. Allino has signed the corresponding data processing agreements with each of the service providers who provide services to Allino.
Your personal data may also be transferred to competent authorities in case of legal obligation.

What are your rights when you communicate your data to us and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to obtain confirmation that Allino processes or does not process the personal data concerning you.

Similarly, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In this case, advertiser means any natural or legal person who offers all kinds of products or services on our Portals.
